Bi-weekly exterior and interior inspection (photo updates directly to homeowner every visit)

Includes everything in Home Watch PLUS

Weekly full interior and exterior property inspection with photo’s
“Home looks lived in” service (rotate interior and exterior lights, driveway and walkways remain clear and maintained, straightening exterior items like doormats, chairs, and decor)
Place trash/recycling cans out the night before scheduled pickup and return cans back to designated area same day after collection
Schedule and meet with vendor’s (managing and overseeing trusted service providers to ensure work is completed properly, efficiently, and on schedule.)

Pre-arrival home prep (stocking the fridge, turning on lights, uncovering boats and water toys, fill everything up with gas, uncovering outdoor furniture, etc)
Post-departure close-down (take out all trash, turn all lights off, cover boats and water toys, cover outdoor furniture, etc)
Emergency response priority
Monthly preventative maintenance (through consistent checks, we proactively monitor the property and handle minor upkeep so homeowners can avoid unexpected repairs and maintain peace of mind.)
